The Florida Hospital Volusia/Flagler Extreme Challenge is a series of 6 events, carefully designed for those looking to challenge themselves with more intense and fun workouts. During this challenge, participants of all levels exercise by learning new activities, such as golfing, surfing, outback beach trekking, kayaking, GPS Orienteering, and team sports.
