Sabbath Stories: Go Home, by Chaplain Robert Nickell

I was fastening my two year old into her car seat this morning when I accidently pinched her little chin in the upper buckle; I knew it hurt her as soon as it happened too.  Right after the pinch took place I immediately looked  at her and saw her sweet little eyes swell up with tears.  She then started crying and said to me over and over again, “Go home daddy…go home!”  She was hurt, and the only thing that made sense to her was to go home.
